Calls for Oppn action plan to save composite culture

Accusing Narendra Modi-led Government of destroying the country in last three years, Senior Congress leader Ahmed Patel called for an Opposition action plan to save the composite culture of the country. “Such people have come to the power (Centre), there is arrogance in them. I would like to say to them that even sun sets after rising. Destroyed (Modi Government) the country in three years,” the newly elected Rajya Sabha MP from Gujarat said at the ‘Sanjhi Virasat Bachao’ (save composite culture) event here organised by JD(U) leader Sharad Yadav. The senior Congress leader said that people who were trying to throttle the democracy, only wanted their voice to be heard and also accused it of misusing the Central agencies. “I would like to thank Sharad Yadav for thinking to save the composite culture. The way this country is being Governed it will finish very early. It has to be saved. There is a need to create such environment in the country, to make it feel everyone is united. If it is not created, then the country cannot be saved,” Mr Ahmed said. The Congress leader appealed to the youth to come forward to save this composite culture and said it should be the concern of everyone. Mr Ahmed also requested Mr Yadav to make a committee, action plan so that they (Opposition parties) can go to different parts across the country and tell people about how composite culture can be saved from wrong forces.
