The death toll in Sunday’s suicide attack near Kabul international airport has risen to 23. The Health Ministry on Monday said, at least 107 people were wounded in the explosion.
The blast occurred when scores of people were leaving the airport after welcoming home Afghan Vice President Abdul Rashid Dostum from exile. Dostum narrowly escaped the attack. The attack was claimed by the Islamic State terror group.
