A delegation of Aam Aadmi Party today met Election Commission and submitted a memorandum about alleged gross malpractices by Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the campaign in his Varanasi Lok Sabha constituency.
The party alleged that Mr Modi has crossed the expenditure limit of 70 lakh rupees by a candidate for his road-show in Varanasi and sought action against him. Senior AAP leader and Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia and Rajya Sabha member Sanjay Singh were the part of the delegation.
