Madhya Pradesh Anti terrorist Squad-ATS is assisting investigations into the Petlaved blast case in Jhabua District which claimed more than 90 lives on Saturday.

The ATS may track the supply chain of explosive materials to prime accused Rajendra Kasawa’s illegal godown.

ATS team of Madhya Pradesh police is trying to zero-in on a supply chain of explosive materials, giletin sticks and detonators to the main accused Kasawa.

However terror angle is ruled out in primary investigations now focus is on to identify the supplier.

Its a matter of concern that how and why a fertilizer dealer stores a huge quantity of explosives.

Sources said that National Investigation Agency-NIA may also join at later stage if it required. Meanwhile, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan today again visits the blast site and interact with people of nearby villages.

He reiterated that state government will provide all possible assistance to the victims.
