The Programme focuses all the minority concentrated districts across the country. An official release said that detailed discussions were held with the secretaries handling minority welfare in the states. The issues reviewed included submission of revised plan for balance fund of Minority Concentration Districts, Utilisation Certificates; detailed project reports; status of release of Central fund and state share by the state governments to district authorities or implementing agencies.
