BJP leader and Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said that the NDA government at the Centre has solved the problems of enclave dwellers following the Indo Bangladesh land agreement.

Addressing an election rally at Cooch Behar District of West Bengal this morning Mr. Modi said, the Centre has given adequate funds for the development of Cooch Behar particularly to solve the problems of enclave residents.

Terming West Bengal Chief Minister as Speed Breaker the Senior BJP leader said that the Center initiated several development schemes for the State but could not be implemented due to opposition by her.

Mr Modi said that telephones will soon be free of cost in the country and the internet rates will also be the cheapest.

The Prime Minister advocated Strong government at the Centre to make the country Strong. He asserted that the NRC was a necessity and said, West Bengal Chief Minister was patronising infiltration for vote bank politics.

It was the second visit of Mr. Modi in North Bengal after a gap of three days. Trinamul Congress Chief Mamata Banerjee is also scheduled to hold a rally in the same venue tomorrow.
