Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi has expressed deep shock over the Varanasi stampede in which 24 people were killed and many injured during a religious procession.
In a statement Rahul said :”Shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the stampede in Varanasi.My heartfelt condolences to families of the victims of this tragic incident”.
