PATNA
Five labourers were charred to death and 10 were seriously injured during a massive fire that broke out at a bakery in Bihar’s Muzaffarpur district on Monday.
Casualty is likely to increase as debris is still being removed. The incident occurred under Bocha police station area of the district.
The state government has announced ex gratia of Rs four lakh to next of the kin of the deceased and Rs 50000 will be given to injured.
District Magistrate Mohammad Suhail told an enquiry has been ordered into the incident.
