Three policemen have been killed and five others injured after gunmen ambushed their convoy in the capital city of Cairo. Government said, the gunmen who came in two vehicles approached a moving security patrol while passing through Mohamed Zaki Square in el-Waha road near the ring road in Nasr city, Cairo.
A statement by the Interior Ministry said the security forces also exchanged fire with the gunmen. They are currently tracing the two vehicles to arrest the attackers.
