At least 18 people have been killed and 28 others injured in an attack in the restive northeast Nigeria. Witnesses said, a teenage suicide bomber Friday blew himself up in a grain market in the town of Gombi in Adamawa state.
No one has claimed responsibility for the attack. However, the region is often targeted by the armed group Boko Haram.
