13 people, including nine children, have drowned in different parts of the state during Chhat puja celeberations. Three children each were swept away in Khagaria district and Patna. Reports of people drowning have also come in from Muzaffarpur, Purnea, Bhagalpur, Begusarai, Gaya and Arwal.
