In China, torrential rains have left 11 people dead and 14 others missing in the city of Huludao in Liaoning Province. Local authorities said, the heavy rainfall caused extremely severe damage in Huludao. The authorities reported that roads, power lines, communication networks, houses, and crops have been heavily affected. More than 188,000 people in the city have reportedly been affected.
