Some 4,000 kilometres east of Moscow, Siberia is facing one of the harshest winters. On Tuesday (5th December , temperatures fell to minus 58 degrees celsius with snow blanketing the whole region. Residents cope with the bone-chilling cold weather by using thick coats and multiple layers.
