A special CBI Court of Ranchi today pronounced 5 years jail with a fine of 10 lakh rupees to RJD Chief Lalu Prasad, former Bihar Chief Minister Dr Jagannath Mishra and former Chairman of the PAC Jagdish Sharma in connection with illegal withdrawal of over 37 crores rupees from Chaibasa Treasury. The RJD Chief is presently in jail because of his sentencing in another case of fodder scam.
