NEW DELHI: Chairman of works committee Jagdish Mamgain has said that it has approved the development schemes of 11328.23 lacs rupees. A mini stadium will be constructed at Mukesh Nagar (Jwala Nagar) costing Rs. 205.91 lacs.

Ramesh Tiwari is new labour commissioner

NEW DELHI: (TIA) Ramesh Tiwari today took over as new labour commissioner. He called on Labour Minister Shri Ramakant Goswami at his office in Delhi Secretariat. Tiwari has replaced C P Tripathi.

Free Heart and obesity checkup camp

NEW DELHI: (TIA) A free heart and obesity checkup camp will be organized on Sunday July 17 at Raghunath Mandir, Amar Colony, Lajpat Nagar IV, . The checkup will include – ECG, Echocardiography, if required and other clinical parameters.

Chauhan inspects elevated roads

NEW DELHI: The Delhi PWD Minister  Raj Kumar Chauhan on Wednesday visited the Barapulla elevated road to inspect the progress at different construction sites. He was accompanied by various senior officers of the department. He said that the Barapulla project proved a boon for the CWG 2010 and now its time to extend its benefits to the residents of various parts of Delhi.
