Surging for the second straight day today, gold jumped 225 rupees, to end at its highest level since May 2014, at 30,350 rupees per ten grams, at Delhi’s bullion market.
This comes on buying from jewellers’ to meet wedding season demand. Silver spurted 510 rupees, to 41,550 rupees per kilogram. However, silver coins remained unchanged at 69 thousand rupees for buying 100 pieces.
