India finished as runners-up in the SAFF Under-15 Women’s Championships. India lost to Bangladesh 0-1 in the final at Dhaka yesterday.
In a closely contested game, Shamsun Nahar’s strike in the 41st minute helped Bangladesh to bag the title. India defeated Bhutan and Nepal in the first two games at group stage. India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Bhutan participated in this South Asian Football Federation tournament.
