Yogi Adityanath not made CM under RSS pressure: Venkaiah Naidu

VENKAIAH NAIDUInformation and Broadcasting Minister Venkaiah Naidu today said, the decision to appoint Yogi Adityanath as Uttar Pradesh chief Minister was not taken under the pressure of the RSS. Talking to media outside Parliament, Mr Naidu said, there was no need to politicise the appointment by anyone as the decision was waken unitedly.

He said, the newly appointed Chief Minister will take all sections of society onboard and prove his critics wrong.

The Minister said, Centre and the state government will work in a close coordination to develop Uttar Pradesh. Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh hoped that the law and order situation will improve in the state.

On the criticism of Yogi Adityanath’s appointment, Mr Singh said those who have to say something they will continue to do so. BJP MP Sadvi Nirajan Jyoti said Mr Adityanath will change the face of UP.
