Thailand: 6 boys recued from flooded cave


A total of six boys among a group of 13 members of a soccer team have been rescued from the flooded cave in northern Chiang Rai province.

They were trapped for more than two weeks in the cave. Rescue Operations Chief Narongsak said, 90 divers were involved in the operation – 40 from Thailand and 50 from abroad.

Meanwhile, rescue operation for other trapped boys has been paused for at least 10 hours. The operation will resume on Monday morning.
