Despite sudden drop in water temperature, he covered the distance in eight hours and 37 minutes. After waiting for a long time due to bad weather conditions, Rohan finally got a chance to swim across the Cook Strait on Friday. With this feat, Rohan also became the ninth person in the world to swim across Cook Strait.
