Top seeded Indian team of Leander Paes and Purav Raja will take on the American-Australian duo of James Cerretani and John Patrick Smith in the men’s doubles final of the Knoxville Challenger tennis tournament later tonight.
In the semi-final of the competition at Knoxville in the United States, the Indian pair defeated the South African-British combination of R. Roelofse and J Salisbury in straight sets 7-6, 6-3.
In the other semi-final, Cerretani and Smith overcame the Venezuelan-British pair of Maytin R and Narrie C also in straight sets 6-4, 6-2.
For the Singles Trophy, American Denis Kudla will take on Canada’s Filip Peliwo in the final.
