‘Hunar Haat’ becomes centre of attraction for foreign visitors: Naqvi

mukhtar naqviUNION Minority Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi has said ‘Hunar Haat’ has become a centre of attraction and appreciation for domestic as well as foreign visitors. Launching the Facebook page of the Haat in New Delhi this afternoon, Mr Naqvi said, more than 15 lakh people have visited the haat so far. ‘Hunar Haat’ is to encourage, promote and provide national and international market to master artisans and craftsmen belonging to minority communities. It will remain remain open till 26th of this month in New Delhi. 100 artisans and 30 culinary experts from about 24 states and UTs are participating at about 130 stalls in it.

The theme for the haat is Craft Aur Cuisine Ka Sangam. The Minister said, his ministry is promoting Hunar Haat on a large scale.
