NEW DELHI-The Education and Training Centre (ETC) for Children with Different Abilities, a unique project started by the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation in 2007, was one of the five projects from across the country which received the Prime Minister’s award for excellence in public administration at a function here Thursday.
