NEW DELHI: After successful launch of ‘Aawaz Uthao’ Progarmme for giving a voice to the harassed women and victims of rape to give them a voice in the society, the minister of Social Welfare, Women and Child Development, Delhi Prof. Kiran Walia, launched a unique programme  ‘Chuppi Todo’ (Break silence) for the children victims of sexual harassment.
