Minorities get little mention in president address

NEW DELHI: Contrary to the tradition, minorities got very little mention in the president address to the joint session of parliament on Monday. President Pratibha Devisingh Patil only informed the parliamentarians that 38 lakh students belonging to minority communities had benefitted from various scholarship schemes.
