Good Friday is being observed today

Good Friday is being observed today by Christians all over the globe to mark the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and his death at Calvary. It is called Good because it is believed that Jesus Christ, on this day, died for our sins and was buried for our sins. It is observed on the Friday before Easter Sunday, that marks the resurrection of Jesus Christ.

Early in the morning people visit churches and offer their prayers and express gratitude to the mighty Lord for bestowing his blessing and care to all. Prime Minister Narendra Modi remembered the service and sacrifice of Jesus Christ. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, Jesus Christ life devoted to mitigating human suffering.
