Records highest maximum of season
There is no respite of people of Delhi and NCR from the scorching summer. Maximum temperature have been rising in Delhi and NCR and keeping with the trend, they have increased even further. On Monday, the Safdarjung observatory recorded 45.5°C as the maximum temperature. In Palam, maximum touched a new high of 46.4°C. Highest of the season for both the Observatories of Delhi. The temperature is also the second highest for both the Observatories in last ten years. The highest in last ten years were recorded on 24th May, 2013.
In fact Delhi is currently hotter than a lot of places in Rajasthan.
