In a bid to overcome common psychological problems among students and parents and general queries related to Class X and XII results, the CBSE has launched Post-Result counseling from today, May 26. Counselling will continue till 09th June from 8 am to 10 pm on all days.
CBSE Class XII Results will be announced today.
The CBSE counselling is an outreach programme which is carefully designed keeping the heterogeneity of student’s population and geographical spread. CBSE Tele counselling is offered free of cost and voluntarily by trained counsellors and Principals from within CBSE affiliated schools located in India and outside India.
CBSE Tele-Helpline- 2nd Phase
During the 2nd Phase, 69 expert volunteers including Principals, trained counsellors, and special educators from CBSE affiliated government and private schools and psychologists will be available for Tele-Counselling.
Out of these, 49 are from India including 02 special educators, while 20 experts are located in Nepal, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Al-Khobar, Jeddah), Sultanate of Oman, UAE (Dubai, Sharjah, RasAl-Khaimah), Kuwait, Singapore and Qatar.
Centralized Toll Free Access in India CBSE has introduced a ‘Centralized Access System’ (CAS) similar to that of a call centre. For better accessibility and convenience the students can dial a toll free number 1800 11 8004 from any part of the country and get in touch with operators for general queries related to result orwith counsellors for one to one telephonic counselling from 8 AM to 10 PM on all days.
